13281: Billing and Contact Email Addresses Added To Trouble Tickets
The Billing and Contact email addresses now appear on the Trouble Tickets screen as a read only field.
13727: Last Four Digits Added to Transaction Details screen on the Billing Info tab
The LastFourDigits of a credit card or bank account number from the PaymentsLog is now displayed when a Credit Card or ACH payment transaction is selected from the grid on the Billing Info tab. This is only displayed if there is a PaymentsLog record that matches the TransId for the transaction. If there is no TransId, the last four digits are hidden. Note: Since the PaymentsLog table is archived with every release, many of these payments will not show the last four digits.
13912: Payment Options Does Not Allow "&”s in Data
The fields on the Credit Card and ACH forms no longer allow ampersands (&).
14590: Product ID Drop-down List Added to Trouble Tickets
The "Lines in Trouble" field on a Trouble Ticket is currently a text box. This can now be changed to a drop-down list to allow the selection of an existing product on the account. The drop-down list is enabled via the T4AppSetting "ShowProductIdOnTroubleTickets".
14611: RingTo Change Tool on the Customer Portal No Longer Shows Disconnected Numbers
Disconnected lines are no longer displayed on the Change 800 Ring-To tab of the Customer Portal (only available on certain clients).
14742: New BRIC Retrieved When Credit Card Number is Changed
We now force a new a BRIC to be retrieved when a credit card number is changed. Before, we assumed that BRIC would only be used in conjunction with CVV so we retrieved the BRIC when the CVV changed. The thought was that if the card number changed, the users would be forced to enter a new CVV as well. This changed when we started allowing CSRs to edit credit card numbers and not requiring the CVV. This task fixes the problem of a CSR changing the credit card number and the BRIC not reflecting the credit card number.
17764: Recurring SendFiles Status Updates on Recurring Payments Page Expanded
The status updates for the Send Files process on the Recurring Payments page have been expanded to give the user more information.
17885: Credit Limit Amount Added to the Custom Fields Tab
A Credit Limit Amount field was added to the Custom Fields tab on the Customer Information screen (specific clients).
18117: Issue Importing International Rates
BUG: A javascript error was appearing when the international switched rates were being created or updated for Global Crossing on the International Rates tab of the Data Importing and Exporting page.
18552: Issue Logging into the Customer Portal
BUG: An error was occurring when certain customers were attempting to log in to the Customer Portal. This was caused by the same account having two customer records - one had the deleted flag set and the other one did not. TBS was not considering the deleted flag. This has been fixed.
18584: New Zip Code Admin Tool
A new Admin tool has been added to manage zip codes in the lkzipcodes table. It is only accessible for users who have Admin access to the Maintenance module.
19165: Credit Card Validation on Recurring Payments Screen Expanded
Credit Cards with a Null in the Type field will now fail validation on the Recurring Payments screen.
19443: Billing Cycles Admin Screen: Billable Flag Added
A Billable checkbox was added to the Billing Cycles Admin screen. This information is stored in the T4BillingCycles table and is used for reporting purposes only.
19506: Customer Information : New Option to Edit Address
A new T4appsetting, called AllowAddressEditing, allows the city, state and county fields on the Customer Information screen to be edited.
19617: Recurring Payments: Build Files Acknowledge Result Button Style Issue
BUG: The style was disappearing on the Acknowledge Result button on the Recurring Payments screen of the Billing Control Panel. This has been fixed.
19758: ACH Form – Warning Added to Only Show the Last 4 Digits
Verbiage has been added to the ACH/Bank Accounts tab to inform the client when uploading an ACH form that: "ACH forms stored in TBS MUST only show the last four digits of the bank account for PCI compliancy purposes. Thank you."
19774: All Credit Cards Deleted Six Months After Expiration
Very Important: Due to PCI Compliance, with every release, the system will delete expired cards. The default length of expiration is 6 months. A new flex report is available under the Billing report group called “View Expiring Recurring Cards”. This report will show any billing customers that are signed up for recurring with a card that is expired. Please be sure to clean up these expired cards for PCI Compliance reasons. The initial deletion will occur approximately August 1st and will be ran with each TBS release going forward.
19791: Heart Beat Page Added
Two new pages (one for TBS v11 and one for TBS v35) have been added to TBS to monitor the status of the Central Service, the Payment Processor Service, the Provisioning Service, the Backend Service, the methods that use the Backend Service, and the database connections.
19854: Corporate Account Balance Totals
Corporate accounts now pull data in the V2 invoices grid on the Billing Info tab from the ROLLUP_CorpLevel table. When a corporate customer views their invoice, only the Download Invoice tab will now show.
19934: Add Button Broken on Email Templates Admin Screen
BUG: The Add button was not working on the Email Templates Admin Screen. This has been fixed.
20049: Add Outlook Appointment Button Broken on Comments
BUG: The "Add Calendar Appointment" button on Comments was not working. This has been fixed.
20092: Deleted Reports Appearing in Flex Admin Screen Drop-down Lists
BUG: A bug was fixed in which deleted reports were appearing in the Flex Reports, Flex Groups and Flex Modules drop-down lists.
20136: CDR Revenue By State Report Updated
Cable was added to the Revenue By State Report on the Billing Reports tab of the Billing Control Panel.
20195: Information Icons Added to Logos Section of Base Info Admin Screen
Information icons were added to the Logos section of the Base Info screen. Hovering over these icons causes a pop-up to appear which contains information about the field.
20221: New Report Option Added to Bill Setup Tab
A new report flag, Individual Top Level, has been added to the Bill Setup tab. For clients using the New Precision Billing System, if this is set to "Y", this report will show a Fixed Charges and Dedicated Charges report on the invoice.
20296: Base Info Admin Screen Not Saving
BUG: Saving a record on the Base Info screen was causing an error in some cases. This has been fixed.
20318: Group Not Set from Agents Using the "Select Agent" Option on the Agent Management Screen
When an agent is selected from the Agent drop-down list on the Customer Information screen, the Group on the customer record is updated to match the Group, if defined, on the agent record. However, a bug was occurring when the agent for the account was being changed by clicking the Agent ID label, navigating to another agent and clicking the "Select Agent" button. The Group on the customer record was not being set. This bug has been fixed.
